Bookings can be requested through the "Request to Book" page or directly via email info@jumptopia.ca.
Fill out the required details in the booking form. This includes your name, contact information, preferred date and time, event location, and any other relevant information. Once you request the equipment for the date you want, we will get back to you regarding next steps. Read the response carefully and follow any instructions provided. This may include making a payment, confirming details, or taking additional actions to finalize the booking. Once all steps are completed, you should receive a confirmation of your booking.
Absolutely! Please let us know when you are booking in order for us to be fully prepared. However, we can only setup on flat and dry surface due to the quality of the equipments and the safety of the children playing. Please have a backup indoor location incase of rain or thunderstorms. Refunds are not eligible due to weather conditions.
Cancellations must be done 48 hours before your event date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards your next event date if not rescheduled immediately.
All cancellations done less than 48 hours prior to event date, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Refunds are not eligible due to weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast prior to your event date incase you need to reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to your event.
Deposits are 50% of your booking. Deposits are required to confirm and secure your requested date and time. All deposits will apply towards your booking total. Remaining balance will be requested prior to your event date.
Our team will deliver and set up the equipment at your chosen location before the start time. If you do not have your event location ready at the time of booking, you may provide it at a later time. We will also pick up and take down the equipments at the end of your events.
Delivery and set up fee is not included and varies by location. We do not offer self pickup/set up to ensure that the equipments will be set up properly and safely by a Jumptopia's technician.
